Collection: Fagiolini in Brusco (green beans)
Very simple way of preparing green beans.
Just put steamed green beans in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Fry them for five-ten minutes turning occasionally at good heat. Drizzle with a small glass of Apple Vinegar and keep frying until all vinegar is consumed and the beans get darker and shrink a bit.
Serve warm or cold (cold my favourite)!
