Thanks to a rich dough (made of 4 eggs) whose salubrity is guaranteed by a bacterial charge abatements procedure our lasagna is made by sheets of high quality pasta. We dedicate this pasta to all egg-pasta-lovers. It is delicious if pre-cooked for a couple of minutes in boiling water and then in oven, or super tasty & crispy if baked directly in oven and seasoned with a very smooth and abundant sauce. We like it with vegetables dishes.
