Simple and quick suggestion for our Ravioli al Brasato (top quality pasta filled with braised in wine beef).
Boil the broccoli or tender stems. Saute them in a pan with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli pepper. Add a small piece of butter and a pinch of salt.
Ravioli al Brasato Rossi 250g serve 2 people and take 4 minutes to cook in boiling water. Just dry them and pour in the broccoli pan to amalgamate.
Serve with plenty of grated Pecorino Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano and black pepper.
