Tortellini with Cream & Ham Main Course Recipe

Are you hungry and you don’t know what have for lunch or dinner? :-)
No problem!
Tortellini with cooking cream and cooked ham is a very creamy and suitable dish for every occasion to prepare in just 10 minutes. 
 
Ingredients for 4 servings
 
- 400g Tortellini cured meat
- 150g Cooked ham
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 30g butter
- 100g grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- salt and pepper
 
Preparation
 
Pour some water into a large pot and turn the fire on. When the water boils, add the salt and cook the tortellini for about 2 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan, cut the cooked ham into small pieces and brown it lightly in the butter, add the cream and mix.
When the tortellini are cooked, drain and pour them into the mixture just prepared. Mix all together and add black pepper and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
 
The dish is ready!
