DESCRIPTION: OBTAINED FROM BIOLOGICAL GLERA GRAPES PRODUCED IN THE ASOLO HILLS, BRUT SPARKLING OF PALE STRAW-YELLOW COLOR,
VERY FINE GRAIN PERLAGE, INTENSE BOUQUET WITH CITRUS NOTES, PEACH AND APRICOT. THE TASTE IS ELEGANT, SLIGHTLY MINERAL, BALANCED AND
PERSISTENT.
RECOMMENDED COMBINATION WITH FOOD: SPLENDID AS APERITIF IT COMBINES WITH APPETIZERS AND GENERAL WITH FISH PODS AND WHITE MEAT.
