For two generations, our family at Raviolificio San Marco has been manufacturing quality fresh artisanal pasta and ravioli, true to authentic Italian tradition.
My father Gabriele first set up our factory in 1973. Since then, my whole family has been involved in producing food here, in the beautiful province of Varese, at the foothills of the Alps, in Nothern Italy. We like to think that the lovely lakes and high mountains here bring a special flavour to the ingredients we use!
Since we produce in small batches, buying only what we need, the flavors may change slightly from one batch to another, but they always taste great and are always the best quality. Every batch of pasta leaving our factory has my motherÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s approval as something she would happily serve her family for lunch or dinner.
