Wine obtained with Verdeca grapes of a straw yellow colour.
The nose has floral and exotic fruits hints. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Suggested with appetizers and sea-food dishes.
Training System: cordon spur with 5000 vinestocks per ha

Yield per ha: 8 tonnes
Vinification: after a soft pressing of the grapes, the must is decanted at a low temperature of 10°C for about 12 hours. The fermentation follows at 16-18°C in steel tanks. Finally, after the refinement on the dregs for about 2 months, the wine is bottled.
Maturation: at least 2 months in steel tanks Bottle ageing at least 1 month.
