Follow our recipe below for a step by step guide for a perfect result.

1 x 1kg Caputo Blu Flour

1 x San Marzano 400g

1 x Caputo Dried Yeast 100g

2 x Mozzarella Fiordilatte 125g

2 x Pepperoni 80g

1 x Pancetta Sliced Smoked 100g

1 x Nduja Sausage 300g

1 x Barbera Unica EVO Oil 500ml


Recipe to follow:

In a bowl, put 330g of water and add 5g of yeast, Whisk till yeast has dissipated.

In a separate and larger bowl add 600g of Flour and 18g of salt. Start to add the water with the yeast slowly, keep kneading until the flour has absorbed the 330g of water.

Once your dough is ready cover it with a thin layer of olive oil and let it proof at room temperature for 1 hour.

Once the dough has proofed, remove it from the bowl and divide it into 4 smaller dough balls weighing at 250g's each and let them proof for another 2 to 3 hours until the Dough has doubled in volume.

Pour the San Marzano in to a bowl, add 5g's of Salt, 5'g's of EVO Oil and 5 Leaves of Basil. Hand crush the Sauce or blend it until you get a fine smooth sauce.

Chop the mozzarella balls and season the Pizza's according to your taste buds.

This is our suggested combination, Pancetta, Pepperoni and Nduja for meat and spicy lovers.
