Our Lasagne alla Bolognese Pack feeds four people,
The pack consists of:
2 x Fresh Egg Lasagne 250g
1 x Mozzarella Julienne 100g
2 x Parmalat CHEF Besciamel Sauce 200ml
1 x Premium Parmesan Grated 100g
2 x Ragu Bolognese Meat Sauce 220g

Lasagne alla Bolognese Recipe:
Using a Glass or Ceramic Tray, Spoon some Besciamel Sauce (Or if you prefer, some olive oil instead) on the bottom of the Tray, Lay your first layer of Lasagne on top of the Besciamel Sauce.
Spread your Besciamel Sauce on your first layer of Lasagne and add your Ragu evenly on top of the Besciamel sauce, Sprinkle a healthy portion of Grated Parmesan on top of the Ragu and a touch of Mozzarella Julienne.
Do this until you have a total of 5 or 6 Layers.
Ensure your final layer is topped with Besciamel Sauce, Ragu, Mozzarella Julienne and then finally sprinkle the remenents of your Grated Parmesan.
Place the Tray in the Oven, and cook her at 180°C for 40 minutes, Once you hit the timer, set your Oven to grill and cook the Lasagne for another 5 minutes to make the top nice and crispy.
