Find below a few tips to cook fantastic TAGLIATELLE WITH FRESH TRUFFLE:
A few minutes before starting cooking, clean the truffles under cold water using a brush, then dry them with a clean kitchen towel.
Shave a few thin slices of fresh truffle and leave them on a side.
Pour the oil and around 40g of butter in a frying pan and let it melt on low heat. Turn off the heat and add the truffle slices in the pan, mix gently.
In the meantime, boil some water in a hob. when it boils, add a little bit of coarse sea salt and then 250g of Tagliatelle. They take just a few minutes to be ready - always check the cooking instructions on the packaging!
Our suggestion is to drain them when they are still a little bit "al dente" then pour them in the frying pan with the butter and truffles. Mix all together.
Place the tagliatelle in a plate and shave some truffle slices on top of it, depending on your personal taste.
