You can use our great Pizza Bases Europizza with no preservatives with or without already tomato sauce, easy and quick to cook and use our toppings or make your own dough.

Here a simple recipe for 4 pizzas:

600g Flour 00 W: 200-250

330g Water

2 tea spoon Dried yeast

2.5 tea spoon fine sea salt

2 table spoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Method: put water and oil in a bowl (or in a kneading appliance). Cover with the flour and put yeast, salt in different areas. (better salt stay separate for a little bit to improve rising).

Knead well

Cover with a wet towel and let rise for 3-4 hours in a warmish place. (longer if using Professional Pizza Flour)

Prepare the pizzas with your favorite toppings

If you have a stone for your domestic oven, cook the Pizzas directly on it preheated at maximum temperature otherwise cook them in low hedged trays greased with olive oil. Tip: place the pizza on the lower part of the oven to make sure bottom cooks well!
