We select the best Prosciutto, Salame, Bresaola, Pancetta and more and slice and pack in Ireland with our partner in a non industrial process for maximum freshness, to avoid unnecessary volume shipped from italy (packaging and air), and to have most of the added value in Ireland supporting local economy. Our meats are exactly as if sliced in front of you at the deli counter!
