Colour: Brilliant, straw yellow with an elegant perlage and a rich foam
Aroma: Intense with lively floral and hints of fresh fruits, a bit of mineral and nuances of yeast
Taste: Sapidity and acidity are perfectly balanced. Fruits well meet the spring blossoms, persistent with a pleasant bit of mineral in the ending
